Some Inspection Points For Tower Cranes

1) Check the metal structure, especially the high-strength bolts. Its connection surface should be cleaned of dust, paint, stains and rust, and tightened according to the assembly technical requirements using a torque hand or a special wrench.
2) Check the transmission system of each mechanism, including whether the bearing clearance of each working transmission mechanism is appropriate, whether the gear meshing is good, and whether the brake is sensitive.
3) Check the wear of the wire rope and pulley, the anti-slip device and the rope end fixation are reliable.
4) Check whether the electrical components are good, the degree of closure of the contact points, and whether the connection is correct and reliable.
5) Check whether the walking wheel is in good contact with the track and whether the rail clamp is reliable. When installing the attachment device and the inner climbing device, check whether the connecting bolts and clamps are firm and reliable.
6) Whether the lightning protection grounding is safe and reliable.
7) Whether the drainage of the base is unobstructed.
8) Whether the safety device is complete, sensitive and reliable.
