Steps to Efficiently Install a ZJT6013 Flat Tower Crane
1. Determine the location of the on-site tower crane.
We will evaluate the site drawings and make recommendations on the best location for the tower crane. The location chosen will maximize the crane's working potential while also taking into account the crane's installation and disassembly requirements.
2. Prepare the crane base.
The floor of the crane base must be level and suitable to support the weight of the crane. Foundation preparation begins weeks before the crane is installed, as the ground may need to be compacted, a concrete foundation constructed, and the foundation may need to be reinforced with piles.
There are ten situations in which flat-top tower cranes cannot be used:
1. Inclined suspension; 2. Overloading; 3. Bulk cargo is too full or; 4. Bales are loose; 5. It is strictly prohibited to stand on the hanger; 6. The command signal is unclear; 7. Components are buried underground; 8. Bypassing Safety devices; 9. When the lights are dim and accidents are likely to occur; 10. There are strong winds above Level 6.
