Building Crane

This tower crane is commonly used in the construction of tall buildings, tower cranes offer amazing lifting capabilities. Tower cranes have their jib extending horizontally from the mast section which itself rests on a concrete base. 3. More suitable for cross-tower operations. The total installation period is short, the installation equipment requirements are low, the weight of a single flat-head tower crane is reduced, and smaller tower sections and chassis can be used.

1. The floor of the crane base must be level and suitable to support the weight of the crane. Foundation preparation begins weeks before the crane is installed, as the ground may need to be compacted, a concrete foundation constructed, and the foundation may need to be reinforced with piles.

2. Please check the weather forecast as flat top tower cranes cannot be erected in high wind or stormy conditions. Engineers take into account wind zones and weather forecasts during erection when scheduling work.
