2. For tower cranes with normally closed or braking devices in the slewing mechanism, after stopping operation, the driver must move the handle and release the brake so that the crane can rotate in the wind direction under strong winds.
3. The hook should be lifted to a position with a minimum distance of no more than 5m from the lifting wall, and it is strictly forbidden to hang heavy objects on the hook. Without taking reliable measures, no method shall be used to limit the rotation of the crane arm with the wind.
