Requirements For Tower Crane Drivers Before Operation

(1) Check whether the roadbed meets the requirements of the manual, whether there are no obstacles on the track, whether the block on the track is firm, and whether the travel switch is reliable.
Check the track slope, the height difference between the two tracks, and whether the track meets the regulations.
(2) Check whether the reducer oil in each transmission part is sufficient and whether the bolts of each part are tightened. Loosen the rail clamp for test operation, check whether there is any abnormal sound in the transmission part and the tightness of the brake shoe.
(3) After the main brake is closed, use a test pen to check the controller housing and confirm that it is safe before starting the machine.
(4) Check the wear of the wire rope.
(5) Before starting work, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out to check the controllers and transmission devices, the reliability of the brake, and confirm that all parts are completely normal before operation.
