QTZ125 Tower Crane features stable operation and reliable management due to the adoption of various advanced technologies. This 10-ton tower crane is configured with diverse devices like the hydraulic self-propelling device, frequency converting slewing device, and a series of reliable safety devices like a hoisting height limiter, slewing range limiter, and multifunctional limiter.

 

Installation of attachment bracket

 

(1) Wrap the ring beam outside the tower, then connect it with 16 M24 bolts and lift it to the attachment point.

(2) Adjust the adjusting bolts on the ring beam to ensure that the top block is tightly pressed against the tower body.

(3) Lift four support rods and adjust the adjustment bolts of the rods to meet the length requirements.

(4) Use a theodolite to check the verticality of the tower crane axis, then lift an appropriate weight as required, move the load truck, and adjust the front and rear torque to a balanced position. The verticality of the tower body below the attachment frame shall not exceed 2/1000, and the verticality of the overhanging section above the attachment frame shall not exceed 4/1000. The adjustment of verticality can be obtained by adjusting the length of the four attachment support rods and the top block.

 

1. The four support rods of the attachment frame should be kept in the same horizontal plane, and the ring beam should be installed at the position of the transverse web rod on the standard section of the tower body;

2. It is allowed to set up a springboard for people to walk on the support rod of the attachment frame, but it is strictly prohibited to stack heavy objects;

3. Each connecting bolt should be sturdy. After adjusting the adjusting screws, they should be locked with nuts. After operation, the bolts should be checked regularly to ensure they are not damaged if there is looseness, adjust it promptly;

4. When installing the attachment frame, if the position where the ring beam is installed on the tower body is blocked by the climbing frame and the attachment frame cannot be installed, it is allowed to lift one to two standard knots first (with wind speeds less than level four), and then add a ring beam, but at this time, the tower crane is not allowed to work (only allowed the tower crane can operate normally after the attachment bracket is installed and adjusted, but it is not allowed to rotate.)
