Products Description

The machine is composed of steel structure, driving mechanism, hydraulic lifting, electrical control, and safety protection devices.

The steel structure mainly includes: tower body, boom, climbing frame, tower top, balance arm, upper and lower supports, boom pull rods, balance arm pull rods, and attachment devices.

The tower body is divided into two types according to different standard section heights. One standard section has a height of 3m, and the other standard section has a height of 2.8 meters, equipped with different racks. The basic section is divided into two types according to the different forms of the foundation. When users choose a flange foundation, the bottom of the basic section is configured in the form of a flange plate; When selecting the support form, cross shaped frame, or underground section, the bottom of the foundation section should be configured as a connecting sleeve form.

The climbing frame mainly consists of a frame, a platform, a hydraulic lifting device, and a standard section introduction device. The climbing frame is installed on the outside of the tower body, and the upper end is connected to the lower support with a pin shaft. It is a frame structure composed of welded steel and steel plates. In order to meet the safety requirements of jacking installation, a work platform is specially designed.
