ZJCM's Power Tower Erection Crane(PTEC) Makes Its Debut: First Shipment To Korea Sets Sail

In a significant milestone for its global expansion, Zhejiang Construction Engineering Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (ZJCM) has successfully dispatched its first shipment of Power Tower Erection Crane(PTEC) to South Korea. This move marks a strategic step forward in the company's efforts to broaden its international footprint in the specialized equipment market.

The centerpiece of this inaugural order is the KH2050 Power Tower Erection Crane(PTEC), a model specifically engineered by ZJCM's R&D team to meet the requirements of the Korean client. As experienced Power Tower Erection Crane(PTEC) manufacturers, ZJCM designed the KH2050 with key operational specifications, including a rated load moment of 100t·m, a maximum lifting capacity of 5 tons (single fall), and a maximum working radius of 20 meters. The model is engineered for efficiency in confined spaces, featuring an integrated design for the base and luffing mechanism that minimizes its site footprint. Furthermore, the mast can be erected without the need for large auxiliary cranes, and all structural components utilize pin-connected square steel tubes for swift and straightforward assembly and disassembly. The entire system, including standard section climbing and hoisting operations, can be controlled via remote control, enhancing both safety and operational convenience.

Complementing the gin pole, ZJCM also supplied a customized roof-mounted crane to assist with the erection of the Power Tower Erection Crane(PTEC) itself and other lifting tasks on site. To ensure a successful initial deployment, ZJCM will deploy a dedicated installation and technical support team to South Korea to oversee the commissioning process.

This shipment to Korea is part of ZJCM's focused strategy to grow its presence in overseas markets in 2024.
