In order to ensure the safe and economical use of tower cranes and extend their service life, the maintenance, repair and lubrication of tower cranes must be done well.
1. Keep the whole machine clean and clean it in time.
2. Check the oil level of each reducer and refuel in time.
3. Pay attention to check whether the wire ropes in various parts are loose, broken, worn, etc. If they exceed the relevant regulations, they must be replaced in time.
4. Check the efficiency and clearance of the brakes, and reliable sensitivity must be guaranteed.
5. Check the sensitivity and reliability of each safety device.
6. Check each bolt connection, especially the bolts of the tower standard section connection. After each period of use, they must be re-tightened.
7. Check whether the wire rope head pressure plate, clip, etc. are loose, and they should be tightened in time.
The scrapping of wire ropes, drums, pulleys, hooks, etc. should strictly comply with the provisions of GB5144 and GB5972. 8. Check the rods, webs and welds of each metal component for cracks. Pay special attention to the places and parts where the paint peels off, especially the paint peeling off in 45° oblique stripes is the most dangerous. The cause must be quickly identified and handled in time.
9. The connecting bolts and nuts of each part of the tower body (including the connection between the foundation section and the base frame), and the pins with a connecting diameter greater than Φ20 are all special parts. Under no circumstances are they allowed to be substituted. When the tower body is installed, each bolt must be tightened with two nuts.
10. The performance grade of the standard section bolt is 10.9, and the performance grade of the nut is 10 (double nut anti-loosening). The top surface of the bolt head and the top surface of the nut head must have performance grade marks, otherwise they are not allowed to be used.
11. The whole machine and metal mechanism should be rust-removed and painted once after each project.
12. Check whether the automatic magnification change device of the hoist and the anti-rope-off device of the hook are safe and reliable.
13. Observe whether the electrical contacts are oxidized or burned. If there is poor contact, they should be repaired or replaced.
14. All limit switches and buttons must not fail. If the parts are rusted or damaged, they should be replaced in time.
15. The insulation of each electrical switch and the switch board must be good, and its insulation resistance should not be less than 0.5MΩ.
16. Check whether the fastening bolts of each electrical component are loose, and whether the cables and other wires are broken. If so, they should be eliminated in time.
