Recently, Zhejiang Construction Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. (ZJCM) completed the delivery of repeat orders for KH2050 power derricks and KHD2470 roof cranes to a South Korean customer. Four units of KH2050 power derricks and four units of KHD2470 roof cranes were loaded and shipped from the Xiaoshan base. This shipment is not only another important delivery of ZJCM's power machinery products to the overseas market, but also a testament to the technical strength and service quality of ZJCM's products through repeat orders, adding new achievements to the in-depth development of the overseas market.

As a core power equipment independently developed and customized by ZJCM, the KH2050 power derrick boasts outstanding performance parameters: a rated lifting moment of 100 tm, a rated lifting capacity of 5 t (single reeving), a maximum working radius of 20 m, a working angle range of 3~87°, a maximum unbalanced moment of 25 tm, and a maximum independent lifting height of 17 m. The product adopts an integrated design of the base lifting and luffing mechanism, which greatly reduces site requirements and is precisely adapted to cramped working environments. The erection and installation of the jacket frame do not require large-scale hoisting machinery, and the pin connection of square steel pipes for structural parts makes assembly and disassembly more convenient and efficient. The whole machine even realizes full remote control operation for mast section jacking and hoisting, fully meeting the actual needs of overseas construction.

The supporting KHD2470 roof crane is custom-developed by ZJCM, specially designed to assist the erection of power derricks and various on-site hoisting needs. It forms a highly efficient operation combination with the KH2050 power derrick, fully satisfying the entire construction process requirements of the South Korean customer.
