Operation of Tower Crane

1. The operation of the tower crane must be commanded by a dedicated person, and the driver must receive a command signal before proceeding with the operation whistle and concentrate when operating.

2. The driver must strictly follow the amplitude and lifting capacity specified in the tower crane performance table for work, and overloading is not allowed.

3. The operation of lifting, turning and other mechanisms must be stable in starting, stopping, and running, and the speed must be changed step by step. Fast shifting and slow shifting are strictly prohibited.

4. The gear should not be used for a long time. Each institution must start at low gear and wait for the standby mechanism to operate before shifting to high gear.

5. The rotary brake can only be used when the rotation is stationary to prevent the boom from being blown by the wind. It is strictly prohibited to use it as a brake.

6. When using, if any abnormal noise or situation is found, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection.

7. In emergency situations, anyone who issues a stop signal should stop.

8. The tower crane shall not be inclined to pull or lift objects, and shall not be used for similar operations such as pile pulling. The hanging basket on the lifting arm is only for maintenance purposes during the operation of the tower crane, the hanging basket should not be placed on the trolley, but should be fixed at the root of the boom.

9. If it is found that the hanging of heavy objects is not secure, the command is incorrect or unsafe, the operation should be stopped immediately, and improvement suggestions should be proposed.

10. No idle personnel are allowed on the tower crane during work, and no adjustments or maintenance of machinery are allowed during work.
