Core Design Principles and Advantages
1. Working Principle
Engineered for on-site tower erection in power systems, the holding pole with double rotating arm features dual rotating jibs. The working radius can be adjusted via the luffing motion of the dual jibs . A slewing system mounted on top of the pole drives the two jibs to cover the entire tower material lifting area . Two ground-based hoisting mechanisms simultaneously power the hooks (installed at the end of the dual rotating arms) to lift tower materials to the required position. When the overall lifting reaches a certain height, the ground-mounted hydraulic jacking system raises the pole's body via a jacking cage , thereby increasing the required lifting height.
2. Proprietary Safety Monitoring System
The unit is equipped with our company's exclusive safety monitoring system, which independently monitors critical operational parameters including hoisting height, lifting weight, lifting radius, lifting moment, and lifting moment difference between the two arms . All data is displayed on an intuitive, easy-to-read LCD panel at the ground control console. The entire equipment is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
