The ZJCM Double Horizontal Arm Tower Erection Crane is an innovative, specialized lifting equipment developed by Zhejiang Construction Machinery (ZJCM) for the efficient and safe erection of power transmission towers. 1. Working Principle

Designed for on-site tower erection in power systems, the double horizontal-arm pole features two side-mounted horizontal jibs with luffing capability via trolleys. A slewing system at the top of the pole drives the two jibs to cover the entire tower material lifting area. Two ground-mounted hoisting mechanisms simultaneously power the hooks (installed on the load trolleys of the two jibs) to lift tower materials to the required position. When the overall lifting reaches a certain height, the ground-based hydraulic jacking system raises the pole's tower body via a jacking frame, thereby increasing the required lifting height.

2. Proprietary Safety Monitoring System

The crane is equipped with our company's proprietary safety monitoring system, which independently tracks critical operating parameters including hoisting height, lifting weight, lifting radius, lifting moment, and moment difference between the two arms. All data is displayed on an intuitive, easy-to-read LCD panel at the ground control console. The entire machine is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
