(1) The specified lifting capacity of the crane must be strictly controlled, and the hoisted objects must be understood in detail. Overloading is prohibited.
(2) The driver and the signal commander must work closely together. Operation can only be started after the signal is clear. The bell must be pressed before each mechanism is activated. Operation must be stopped if the signal is unclear.
(3) It is strictly forbidden for any person to ride or use the crane for lifting or lowering.
(4) The controller must be operated step by step from zero position. Over-blocking operation is strictly prohibited.
(5) No matter which part is changed during operation, the controller must be turned back to zero position first, and then reverse operation can be started after the transmission stops. Reverse operation is prohibited.
(6) When the load is rising, the hook head must not be less than 1m away from the end of the boom.
(7) Tower cranes should generally have two drivers, one operating in the driver's cab and the other monitoring on the ground.
(8) When the crane is in operation, it is prohibited to drive within 2m of the end.
(9) After each boom change of a tower crane, the tonnage of the overload limit device must be adjusted in time according to the working radius and the weight of the load.
(10) When the crane is lifting heavy objects, the boom must not be changed in amplitude and must be operated without load. The boom change cannot be performed simultaneously with any of the other three actions (operation, rotation, and lifting).
(11) When a tower crane is in operation, it is prohibited to pull heavy objects obliquely or lift objects buried underground.
(12) The horizontal distance between the edge of the hoisted object and the outermost part of the high-voltage line must not be less than 2m.
(13) When two tower cranes are operating on the same track, the horizontal distance between the lifting hooks of the two cranes must not be less than 5m.
The tower body must not be operated or moved on a curve with a small curvature.
(14) No one is allowed to go up or down the escalator during work, and it is strictly prohibited to carry out maintenance work during work.
(15) During work, rest or after get off work, the crane must not be suspended in the air.
(16) When encountering severe weather such as gale force 6 or above, heavy rain, etc. during operation, the lifting operation should be stopped, the boom should be lowered to a safe position, and the rail clamp should be clamped.
(17) During night shift operation, sufficient lighting must be available, and the commander and the driver should use clear flag signals.
