The tower crane is a self-erecting tower crane with horizontal boom, trolley luffing, upper slewing and flat top. All three mechanisms adopt variable frequency speed control, with a large speed regulation range and smooth start and brake, which can extend the service life of structural parts and transmission parts; the standard section of the tower body adopts a sheet-mounted structure design, which not only takes into account the mechanical properties of the steel structure, but also meets the functions of use, manufacturing, transportation and installation. The lifting arm and balance arm adopt a cantilever beam structure design, making the installation and disassembly of the tower crane safer and faster; its arm length can reach 60 meters, and can also achieve 50 meters and 40 meters arm length according to user requirements. The main limb structure of the standard section of the tower body is made of angle steel, and the basic standard configuration form is a support foot type, and other forms can also be provided according to user requirements.

Product structural features
4.1 The main structural parts of the tower crane are made of Q345B low alloy steel to improve the tower crane's low temperature resistance.
4.2 The standard section is a sheet assembly structure connected by a fish plate pin, which is convenient for container transportation. At the same time, it is equipped with an inclined ladder to make it more convenient and safe to get on and off the tower crane. The bottom of the tower structure adopts a reinforced design, with 8 reinforced standard sections. The main chord material of the reinforced section is ∠200×200×26/Q345B material, and the diameter of the fish plate pin is Φ65. There is 1 transition section and 11 standard sections. The main chord material of the standard section is ∠200×200×20/Q345B material, and the diameter of the fish plate pin is Φ55.
4.3 The tower crane foundation adopts a four-legged type, which has the same structure as QTZ250 (TC7030) and PT7528, PT7032 and other tower cranes.
4.4 The standard section is introduced by means of an introduction trolley, and an introduction platform is designed for the convenience of personnel operation; the tower crane can have an independent lifting height of 49 meters or 61 meters according to the configuration of the reinforcement section, so different specifications of lifting legs are designed.
4.5 The boom structure is a variable cross-section type, the root section is a rectangular section, and the arm end section is a triangular section; the boom can be set to 60 meters, 50 meters, 40 meters, etc. according to user needs.
4.6 The lifting mechanism adopts variable frequency speed control, the starting and braking are stable, the slow positioning speed can run for a long time, and zero-speed braking can be basically achieved, and the operation is stable and impact-free. In addition, the mechanism is L-shaped, using a large-diameter double-folded groove drum and a double-beam chassis, with good rope arrangement and good overall rigidity. It adopts a variable frequency motor with a rotary encoder and a speed closed-loop control, and there is no hook running when lifting and lowering heavy loads.
4.7 The trolley variable amplitude mechanism is composed of frequency conversion motor, semi-hidden planetary reducer, reel, frame and other components. It has the characteristics of zero-speed braking, smoother starting speed change, high transmission efficiency, low noise, compact structure, safe and reliable braking, accurate positioning, and beautiful appearance.
4.8 The two sets of slewing mechanisms are arranged symmetrically, with external teeth meshing; the slewing motor adopts torque motor, frequency conversion speed regulation, and smooth starting and braking; the slewing brake adopts double braking, normally open.
