Products Description

Designed for easy maintenance and reliable performance for excellent uptime. Equipped with a comfortable ergonomic cab, high-performance load diagram, and built-in safety features, the reputable time-proven design quality and components are engineered to deliver safe, reliable, cost-effective performance for long working hours.

basic components

  • Concrete Foundation: A solid foundation allows crane operators to secure large structures and ensure their stability.
  • Boom: This component is the long main lever arm of a construction crane. It is one of the most recognizable parts of a crane and moves loads from one point to another through different heights.
  • Hook: The hook is the suspension component used by the crane to support and lift heavy objects. The hook must be strong enough to withstand the weight it carries. Hanging cargo on multiple hooks helps distribute the weight and minimizes the risk of the hooks breaking while lifting.
  • Hoist: This component is located on the jib of the crane and consists of wire ropes and drums. The hoist is attached to the hook and is used to assist the vertical lifting mechanism of the crane.
  • Cab: This compartment is the control room for the crane operator. It has large tempered glass windows and walls ensuring you have a clear view of your surroundings. The cab's sturdy metal frame also protects you from falling loads or debris.
  • Counterweights and Outriggers: These counterweights are located at the rear of the crane to prevent the crane from tipping over when handling heavy loads. The crane body may not always provide enough weight to balance the load, so removable counterweights are required. You can supplement them with outriggers and counterweight arms to improve balance and lifting capacity.
