1. The normal working temperature of the tower crane is -20°C to 50°C, and the wind speed is below level 6 (10.8m/s).
2. When the user first installs the tower crane, the manufacturer sends personnel to the site to guide the installation and follows the prescribed procedures for no-load and rated load, Overload testing and adjustment of various safety devices can only be put into normal use after passing the acceptance of both parties. In the future, every time the construction site is transferred, After the new installation, users should still conduct no-load, rated load, and overload tests and adjust safety devices according to the above procedures, and keep records. Record before proceeding with the assignment.
3. When working at night, in addition to the backup lighting of the tower crane itself, the construction site must be equipped with sufficient lighting equipment.
4. It is prohibited to store lubricating oil, oil cotton yarn, and other flammable and explosive materials in the driver's cab, and attention should be paid to fire prevention.
5. The tower crane must have good electrical grounding measures to prevent lightning strikes. In case of thunderstorms, it is strictly prohibited to walk near the tower body. To ensure personal safety, the tower crane power supply system must be equipped with three-phase four wire leakage and electric shock protectors.
7. Tower cranes should be operated by designated personnel and dedicated personnel.
8. Safety and fire prevention devices (fire extinguishers) must be installed in the driver's cab.
