This machine has the following features:
1. The performance parameters and technical indicators are leading domestically, with a maximum working range of 70m. The lifting height of the independent type is 51m, and the attachment type adds standard sections and attachment devices to the tower body on the basis of the independent type. It can be achieved, and the lifting height of the tower body can reach 287m.
2. With high working speed and good speed regulation performance, variable frequency speed regulation is used for lifting and amplitude modulation, and stepless voltage regulation is used for rotation. Smooth braking, no impact, accurate positioning, safe and reliable.
3. The safety devices are complete and designed for mechanical or mechatronic integration to ensure reliable operation of the tower crane.
4. The lifting and variable amplitude mechanism adopts imported frequency converters.
5. The electronic control system adopts PLC control, which is easy to operate, easy to maintain, and reliable in operation.
6. Imported advanced foreign technology and domestically produced weight limiters, torque limiters, height limiters, and amplitude limiters, positioners and rotary limiters.
7. Trolley rope breakage anti slip protection device and axle breakage anti fall protection device.
8. The tower crane adopts a horizontal boom, and the lifting weight is suspended on a load-bearing trolley. The trolley moves horizontally on the boom to achieve this Variable amplitude. Compared with the boom tower crane, it operates smoothly, is easy to install and position, has a wide range of amplitude utilization, and is conducive to improving lifting performance. Fully utilize and expand the stacking range of building materials and components, and facilitate the layout of the overall construction site plan.
